I have following two questions regarding the using question bank
Question 1: Is there any provision within GMAT club platform to create my own notes just by highlighting the content while going through the question bank?
Question 2: How do I proceed forward through the filtered question bank? Like if I have filtered the question bank on certain topic and now, I want to go one by one through all consecutive questions. Is there any forward button for this? or I have to every time go back using browser button and select next question

Not sure what you are envisioning in terms of creating your own notes, but if you practice the questions with the timer, your answer and the question will be automatically recorded in the GMAT Club Error Log, where you can also add your own notes.

As mentioned above, the questions will be served automatically in Forum Quiz, which is a paid service. If you want to use the free question bank, you can open each of the questions you want to attempt in a new tab, while keeping the search result page constant. There is no forward button, unfortunately.
