We're trying to figure out what is the problem exactly.

The problem may occur if cookies are turned off. But still its hard to identify the problem.

Please tell us if the problem persists.

Thank you for your patience.

I checked my cookies settings and everything was fine, so I decided to try and delete my temporary internet files, and now it works! If someone else has the same problem, this might be the solution. Thanks for leading me in the right direction.

Hi, I am not sure if this the correct thread, but I am facing some weird issue.

I have my primary email say xyzgmail. Usually I login via that account through social (login via Google).

Today, when I tried to login again, it said "the account already registered" Though I am very sure I have been clicking on "sign in"

I then tried to login through email id and password which required me to activate and reset the password, when I did, I was able to login but I got a new username and all my error logs are gone.

New userID : shivendhir
OG userID : shivendhir1. I want to login back to my OG ID : (

Hi. it sounds like you clicked REGISTER instead of login. So you created another account.
You need to log back into your original account.
Let me know if you need help though I see you were online yesterday so you must have been able to get in.
