Do you think it's reasonable that business schools require TOEFL and GMAT for EMBA students? I mean some of EMBA students are in their late 30s or even 40-50s. They are in high positions, have busy professional and personal lives. Is that realistic?

I noticed that some schools like IE dropped the requirement.
