I took my GMAT exam today and scored a horrible 320 with 27 in quant and barely made 10 in Verbal. Although my preparation was for 2 months, I regularly read the blog and questions posted by members. I was way to nervous after giving quant portion of the exam. I couldn't focus on verbal and it was my fault, which cost me $250 dollar today .
Can someone please share tips and technique or plan i need to focus for retake GMAT. ?
I agree with you , verbal was most difficult for me. Test score of exam never made it beyond 500. I had no choice as deadline for application was appoarching. I'm planning to try again end of July or august. Any tips and book i need to focus ???
I suggest you build your basics first reading some strategic books for GMAT. Take a long-term plan. I hope you will be able to beat the GMAT subsequently.
Im right there with you I have been taking pratice tests and getting mid 400s and you can read on my post my frist pratice exam i started out with at 370. I would by the foundations of verbal and math to help you grasp the concepts better it is what I am currently reviewing now. I would def reccomend at least the verbal since that what you are struggling most with and the MGMAT gudies. This will most likely be over a $100 investment, but will be worth it once you reach your target score.
