I scored a 710 on my first GMAT exam. Then a 670 on the second GMAT exam.
Should i retake the exam again?
If so, what new score makes a difference to the 710 that i already scored? Will a 720-740 make a difference before the adcom?
What happens of i score another 650-670- does it negatively impact the admission decision?

My personal opinion: unless you score a 750+ now, getting a 720/730 will not make that much of a difference.
If you score 650/660 or similar than the adcom might think that you got lucky on your 710 and that your true score is lower.
I would suggest that you focus on other parts of your application, unless you know you can REALLY improve your score.
