Today I appeared for GMAT and Tentative score is 480 {Quant : 44 and Verbal :15} . Verbal ,dragged down my score. I was trying fro around 550-600. I have 10 years exp in Software Testing and Planning for MBA. Please suggest if any change of getting Univesities from Bay Area ,California.I was Targeting for SantaClara University and San Jose State University , or I have to retry GMAT again

I am a local bay area person as well. SC is a better program than SJSU and has an average GMAT around 610, if I recall correctly. SJSU's average GMAT is around 550. Although SJSU is easier to get into, I would go for SC as it is a MUCH better school with better networking and job placement within the valley.
