Will retake again after six weeks aiming at a minimum of 650 ... is it possible?

Yes, a successful retake of that magnitude is indeed possible. But beyond providing some vague sense of reassurance, I'm not sure what value my answer can offer. In other words, I don't have sufficient personal information about you to offer an answer catered to you specifically. Perhaps you could share with us your GMAT story so far and we could continue the conversation from there.
