I was just exchanging PMs with another member about this...
gmatprep seems harder but then again it depends on the person...
I took GMATPREP 2 first I had 660 and felt I was blown away by the difficulty...
second CAT seemed easier i scored 670...so i think its pshycological...I think verbal on gmatprep was harder...but I am told verbal is OK math maybe harder...
Well, from my experience, dont expect quant and verbal in the actual test to be of OG level. It is surely of a higher level. I felt that quant quite reflected the GMATPrep's level. In verbal, RC and SC were okay, but CR was definitely tougher than OG, much closer to the LSAT-CR's difficulty level.
Dont let OG's level guide your preparedness. ITs always good to practice some tougher questions!
