HELP!! I've been studying quant for almost a month now and when I took the Gmat Prep Test, I scored 340. I haven't studied verbal yet but oh dear could I ever feel so dumb. I am now trying to study the verbal part and see if it will make a difference.

Many Test Takers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores. Since you're still fairly early-on in your studies, you likely have not put in enough time and effort yet. That having been said, I'd like to know a bit more about your timeline and goals:
1) What materials have you used?
2) How have you scored on each of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
3) What is your goal score?
4) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
