I wrote my official GMAT exam the second time on March 31st,2018 and scored 550 (Q- 39, V-27). The prep material I used was Princeton Review and the mock tests i wrote were on the Veritas Prep and GMAT Official Prep. My scores on the mock tests ranged from 620 to 710. As I am applying for Masters in Management Programme, a GMAT core of above 650 will hold good. I have exhausted all the existing study material I possess and all the tests that could give an accurate measure of my performance in the test. However, to my disappointment, the same did not reflect in the Official Exam. Although I lost some time towards last 2-3 questions and guessed them in both quants and verbal, I am not sure the same will play a significant score in my scores. Also, i was quite confident regarding my performance in Quants, however ended up scoring worst.
I am completely demotivated to attempt again, but it is extremely mandatory for the B-Schools i am applying to. Please suggest a way forward. Is it a worth a reattempt or should i give up?

Of course it is worth to reattempt, if money/time is not an issue for you.
As you said you were scoring in range of 620-710.
I think you just had a bad day.
I dont know if anxiety played a significant role on test day but seems like that reasons are more psychological than knowledge realated.
Good luck with next attempt, but if you decide not to take it again bear in mind that GMAT is just one aspect of application and work on others.

I'm sorry to hear that Test Day didn't go as well as hoped. Before we discuss your scores though, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
5) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
