I made the mistake of not reading this forum regularly and I was not allowed to take the test today since I did not have my passport :cry: . My question will the 31-day rule still apply or can I retake at the next available appointment? VUE is a scam, I mean it. :evil:

If u have not appeared for the exam, then the rule doesnt apply to u. U can give ur test immediately
