Yes, there is one way you can access your cancelled score. You would need to order your Enhanced Score Report (ESR), it is not your official score card but it does mention your scores, alongwith the percentile you scored in each section and even sub-section. In addition, it would provide some sense of your acccuracy with respect to time and around when you start to make errors as a result the score fell.
