hi,
here are the results of Kaplan CATS:
Kaplan CAT 1 - 650 (Q49, V30)
Kaplan CAT 2 - 550!!!!!! (Q39, V24)
Kaplan CAT 3 - 640 (Q48, V30)
The middle score just killed me. All the 3 tests seemed to be of similar difficulty, and the number of mistakes were about the same and almost all of them were near the end of the sections. But look at the scores - almost 100 points difference. Can anybody explain, is it possible for scores to range from 550-650, assuming that the difficulty level and number of mistakes are roughly the same?
And, does anybody know the correlation between kaplan scores and real test?

Kaplan scores suck ! don't even look at them haha ... their CAT formula is just not the same as the real thing ... take a GMAT prep test ( https://www.mba.com ) that should give you a good estimate on how you will do ... most people do within 20 to 30 points of their practice result.

as Netlancer said.....Kaplan scores suck !
I would not worry about it, and let me tell you your Kaplan scores surely makes you candidate for 700+...just keep patching your weeknesses and you should be near 50Q for sure and push Verbal near 40
and you'r are ready for Ultra Elite schools...
