First of all, this site is incredibly helpful. I am taking the test in 2 days. I wish I would have found this earlier!!!
Question is this: I have taken 3 Kaplan GMAT CATs through the online course. Results are in order taken:
CAT 4: 750, 99% Percentile
CAT 3: 670, 81% Percentile
CAT 2: 630, 91% Percentile
Can someone help interpreting these results? As you can imagine, I was flying pretty high after that first test, but after last night's 630, I am a little nervous. What is the significance of the percentiles?

If you are appearing in two days then forget about interpreting the results. You can't do much about it. Keep your cool and review your error log. Most important of all is believe in yourself. Take good sleep night before the exam day and get back to us with result like that of your first KAP TEST.
There are many people here who scored a 620-660 on MGMAT, or other test, a week before their exam and scored over 700 on real exam.
