I took the test but was unable to complete it because 20 minutes to finish, I started to feel very sick and had to end the test abrubtly.
I went through the analytical writing section, completed the quantitative section and 20 minutes to the finish of verbal section, I was so sick that I had to end the exam. I didn't actually complete the whole test.
My question is, would this still be considered as cancellation of a score?
Can I take the test the next available date next week or do I have to wait 31 days.

Yes, it almost certainly counts as a cancellation.

to my knowledge, once you start - and don't finish it (for whatever personal reason), it counts as a cancellation. As Rhyme suggested, you can call pearson to check once.
