I try to understand how PRтАЩs algorithm works, but I donтАЩt get it. 
I have made 3 mistakes on Quantitative (DS) and IтАШve got 46. The most difficult problem was diff. level of 64.
Next time I got 47 and I made 4 mistakes (3 DS+1 PS). Again the level of difficulty was lower than 64.
Has anyone scored higher than 47-48 on the Quantitative section (Princeton Review CD)тАжor has anyone seen a problem that is more difficult than those of diff.level 64?
Btw. I got V34( and 33) and Totals were 650тАж

I would guess their scoring algorithm is similar to the real thing, but what matters more for scoring isn't how many you got wrong but how early in the quant section you got those answers wrong. The earlier questions are weighted more heavily. Harder questions are weighted more heavily too.
That would be my best guess. I wouldn't analyze too much the actual scoring, but focus instead on the questions you're getting wrong and how to improve there. Data Sufficiency seems to be an area to work on for you, so concentrate on that instead of the scoring algorithm. Otherwise it sounds like you're doing very well on the quant!!

Zeka you're post is right in line. I scored a 49 on my first powerprep math section when I never scored above 44 on Princeton math. I missed 3 questions one time and got a 44. I never understood that.
