There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
I would say at the scores, 660-680 can be expected. But, having said that, when you reviewed your CAT, did you get an answer wrong mainly because of carelessness or it is mainly because you do not know how to do those questions? If it's the former, you might hit 700 and up if you weed out those careless mistakes.
I'll guess 660. GMATprep is really accurate and most people score pretty close to these practice results; 660 is between your two practice scores. 680 is your more recent result, and just from casual observation, more people score slightly below their practice than slightly above.
Forget all the other stuff, GMATprep is the best indicator.
