Do you mean official retired GMAT paper tests from mba.com?
The timing there is different, because they are structured in different way: they have 6 sections each, one for SC, one for CR, one for RC, two for PS and one for DS. The timing for each section is given in the paper. Overall, the test takes more time than GMAT CAT and the timing is more tensed (esp. for verbal), but the tasks are somewhat easier (in quant).
Also, each paper test comes with its own scoring guide, so you will be able to calculate your score. Some tests are scored higher, some lower… Perhaps it’s because the level of difficulty varies.
