I do OK when Iam do timed sessions- for example 15 Scs, 15 CRs or 5 RCs but I really mess up when I do a complete verbal section of a CAT test.I get nervous, lose concentration,run short of time and end up with a disappointing score 
. I guess I have the exam fear.
Iam taking the actual test on 13th of August. On the GmatPrep Iam scoring in the range of 650-720. Any words of advice will be appreciated. Looking forward to your support and guidance. Thanks.

I believe you can do better if you accustom more with exam environment. I also have exam fear and feel vary lazy if I think about timed test. within a month time you can go through 3-4 tests and see what happen? I also have test on 18th August, don't know how it will be....

On verbal, I suggest you follow this
60-- 8th question
45-- 17th question
30-- 25th question
15-- 34th question.
I do maintain the 1 min timeframe on SC's in practice sessions 1.5 on CR's and etc. But remember that these practice sessions are not adaptive. Also, use the practice time frames only to trigger your inner clock (it's time to make an educated guess and move on). In an adaptive test, since the questions are going to get tougher , In my opinion it is ok to spend 2 mins on an SC if you know that it can be answered (provided you are within the timelines listed above).
60-- 8th question
45-- 17th question
30-- 25th question
15-- 34th question.
