I suggest you go through the Math concepts reviewed in OG and MGMAT math series. If you diligently cover those books you will able to get 44+ in real test. But if you want to score more than 48+ then I suggest you go for GMATclub challenges. Many people have testified regarding their improved performance after doing several challenges. For verbal if you have more time to prepare I suggest you go through MGMAT SC book for SC and powerscore CR bible for CR.
