I was disappointed at my score especially verbal. My quant is very good but I could have done better. Can anyone let me know what classes are best for verbal as studying my myself has not worked for me.

Mate,

dont be to hard on yourself thats a very solid quant score, like amazing, Im in the same boat as you currently trying to improve my verbal and quant, well everything currently. From what I have read about other people's experience and specially about this dude experience under positivie soul who went from 400s or 500s to 700+, he basically went back to the basics on the verbal and tried to understand why each question was right when going through OG. Alternatively I have the MGMAT SC book which is pretty solid.

But keep chin up... Im sure your dream score is not to far away.

You surely can and will improve. Classes do help, but only up to a certain extent.

First, let us all know how you prepared for your verbal section. There might be something that the experts here might point out that you can do better this time around.

I prepared using MGMAT guides (especially SC). I think I am fairly weak on the RC section and when I did get 25 on my practice tests it was because of my RC. How many questions does one can get wrong to get a verbal of around 40. Any help to get there will be highly appreciated.

If you are having problems with RC, maybe you should read the editorial section of your newspaper every day and draft a quick skeleton of the main idea of each paragraph, editorial main idea, tone of speaker, etc.

Reading the Economist also helps because the reading is more complex than most common periodicals IMO.
