GMAT 700. Toefl 105. BE,MS (UK), W.Exp - 5 yrs

If I am apply and get selected for MFAB at ISB, do I still have a equal chance of completing with PGP graduates for MNC management jobs?, or does the MFAB degree put me at any disadvantage in job search?.

I understand MFAB is for family business, but I assume the selection for MFAB is less than PGP.
