Hjort - would you mind creating two new groupings, "Canadian B-Schools" and "European B-Schools' - should make it easier to locate threads on these subjects.

I have thought along these lines before but decided to rely on a general index of MBA programs worldwide. Further, some MBA programs, especially in Canada, balk at the idea of being compared only against other programs in their region.
