I am one week away from taking the GMAT for the first time. I have become a recluse to everyone to study for this test. I think I may have lost a piece of my soul doing it.
I have taken several practice exams and am a little concerned about my Kaplan Cat scores (except for the online one, which was way higher.)
In chronological order:
Kaplan CAT 1: 490 (Didn't write down my Q and V) This one was before I did any study
Kaplan CAT 2: 540 (Q30, V29)
Knewton Free Online: 640 (Didn't record Q and V)
GMATPrep 1: 680 (Q43, V40)
Kaplan CAT 3: 560 (Q36, V32)
GMATPrep 2: 730 (Q49, V41) I was so happy!!!
Princeton Free online: >>> (Q45, the internet bugged so I was only able to the the Q section)
Kaplan CAT 4: 550 (Q36, V29)
MGMAT Free online:>>> (Q38, I thought I did really bad, because I only got through 24 questions and ran out of time, so I didn't try the verbal section, but I got a much better Q score than I thought)
Kaplan Online CAT: 720 (Q46, V43) I was completely surprised by this score, I thought I couldn't break a 600 on a kaplan cat.
As you can see my scores are all over the place. The Kaplan tests have made me nervous, and the GMATPrep Scores have made me feel confident. The GMAT club score estimator is putting me in the 700s (with my online Kaplan score), but I am still pretty skeptical and wonder if I should postpone my test date. Should I worry about the really low Kaplan CAT scores.
