Hi Bigtooth,
Sorry to hear things haven't yet gone your way. Don't get frustrated, though; 40 points in two weeks is a challenge, but hardly an insurmountable one!
However, with two weeks to go, you need to maximize your study time. Here are a few pieces of advice for last-minute prep:
1) Work timed. With more time, you can experiment with new techniques that might take a while to master, then slowly whittle down the time until they are effective. With only two weeks, however, it's important that as much of your practice as possible be under timed conditions to best prepare you for the test.
2) Only use the OG for material you know well. The OG is the best source of test-like problems, but they are NOT the best source of strategy or explanation. Work on your weak areas out of one of your Kaplan books, using our explanations and shortcuts, until you feel more comfortable with the content, and only once you're able to self-evaluate and self-correct should you work out of the Guide.
3) Look for shortcuts on tricky problems. Picking numbers, classic sentence errors, and classic argument errors can all turn a complex problem into quick, easy points; take a look at your Kaplan book for guidelines on how these strategies can reward you.
I'm happy to help you out with any specific advice you may need. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you!
Eli
