Nice improvement, and even nicer determination. Your post will inspire members to not give up. I also see an overall improvement in the way you approached the test. By the way you described the third attempt, you seemed calm and in control. Also, your approach was more sophisticated by that time. Excellent effort! :)

And thanks for sharing the link. Double kudos to you.

hank you, First try to find out where you are week. If its verbal then try these

SC:-Manhattan sc book is really good but I don't think it covers the minute concepts which are tested on the GMAT. Go through this book and solve the OG 12 problems(must). You will then get an Idea about how sc will be tested. Try learning one concept at a time. For example if you have learnt the rules for s-v agreement then look at the last page of the chapter in the manhattan book. You can see a list of problems with in same concept which are there in the og. Do one concept at a time. Too many concepts at one go might be counter productive. I know this is a pain but you will see a lot of improvement.

CR:-This was my weak area. I learnt the concepts from my GMAT class and started solving a lot of CR'S. The results were mixed, One day I used to do well but the next day I would do everything wrong. The mistake I did was that I never analysed why the wrong answers were actually wrong. Getting a question correct is fine but its important to know why the wrong answers are wrong. This will help you the pic up the right option when it comes to the last two options. I also would recommend the LSAT 50 test papers, I used this material before my 3rd attempt and it really paid off. By doing LSAT questions , I gained a lot of confidence and was able to comprehend the GMAT CR's.

RC:-This is my feeling. If your CR is in place then your RC will automatically be fine. I never used any strategies while doing RC. I did some LSAT RC's, but I thought they were too tough. It's easier to understand the GMAT RC's when compared to LSAT RC's.

Do all the OG problems before getting into some other material. Trust me, OG is a treasure. A lot of people underestimate the value of this book. Some of the CR's are too good. Please do this, its a must.

Finally, Don't push your self too much. Enjoy the study and think that GMAT is a game. I didn't push myself in the last month, I just belived in myself.

Hope the above tips would help you in someway
Good luck
Best,
Ashok
