I did not spend much time to prepare, but I did do both GMATPrep exams last week and got 700 and 710 respectively. I knew 700+ on the actual exam might be a stretch especially I am ESL and not so strong on SC. However, I did not expect V29 at all - I got V40 in my first mock, even higher than my Q.

Also, I should have at least written the timed practice AWA but I did not. This morning, I felt completely running out of time in AWA. I had to cut the first essay short because I totally lost track of time - only 5 minutes left after first 2 paragraphs.
In Q, after being totally unsure about both the first and 2nd questions (both SC), I knew I was in trouble - the following questions were getting increasingly easier...
I have no time to rewrite GMAT any time soon - working towards the november FRM right now...But I do not want to wait till the next gen GMAT comes out. I was selected to write the extra 30 min experimental exam today and I think it is harder than the traditional V and Q.
