Dear Bloggers,
I have seen many success stories written, however I thought may be if I share mine it will encourage others to write as well or I may be wrong. Anyways. This was my third futile attempt.
In December last year i scored a 440 and after reading all the blogs I knew if I concentrated on my weak areas I would crack the GMAT. The second time I attempted it was even worse(exactly 1.5 months later-may be over confidence) scored a 330. From then I realised my Basic Mathematics was getting me into trouble. I employed a Math teacher who taught me Math basics after which I started solving more complex problems from various reference Materials with an equal focus on English (my identified weak areas were Inference in RC and SVA in SC).
I had put in 6 months of hard work balanced with a full time job (me thinks) and the official report came in this morning and thats why this blog. I scored an overall 450. With the conditional offer from Cornell I was even more depressed since the only criteria for me was to clear GMAT.
I would love to do GMAT again, however I donot know where to start.
There you have it.
