This is a followup to original positing. Here's the final verdict:
ETS took about 1 month to investigate and agreed for retest. To those who end up in similar situation, here is my advice:
If you experience any computer problems during the tests, you really have two choices (a) abort the test and request a retest subsequently or (b) If you score the tests, the score are send anyway to 5 institutons, in which case you have option to retest only.
Follow the following steps:
a) Call ETS immediately after the test/next day and get a case ID
b) Write a complain letter to Candidate Relations with the case ID -- so ETS can officially start the investigation
c) Followup every week and request for phone update--- Please be religious
d) In few weeks to month, ETS will call and that time u can request a retest.. ETS will assign a voucher to pay for retest.... Voila you're done!! and do well next time.
Overall, i would suggest this option only if you can afford the wait time for retest.. If you're horizon is shorter-- don't count on this option and try the reimbursement option - since retests could take atleast couple of months
