Hi,
I gave the Gmat for the second time today and scored a 640(Q48 V30).
I am confused about how to prepare now.
Last time I got a 590(Q48 V23).
I went on verbal rampage. I covered the anhatthan SC. Solved all OG problems again. Gmatclub SC problem
(I was very weak in SC)
I gave 6 test in the last 2 weeks alternates days.
GMAt prep 2 690 (47,38)
Manhattan 3 700 (47,38)
GMAt prep 1 new software 700 (49,37)
Manhattan 2 700 (48,36)
GMAt prep 2 new software 710 (50,35)
Manhattan 3 730 (48,41)
The last prep i saw many repeat.
In the actual exam also I actually had a very good RC and i think i went down in CR and SC only.
The problem is I want to give it again but don't know where to study from.
what exactly must be going wrong?
Maths also I found many difficult questions of hexagon which i never saw on the prep exam.

Don't just solve the problems. Spend a lot of time going over the solutions and figuring why the answers are right or wrong. Do this on your CATs as well. Go back and spend a good amount of time reviewing all of the sentence correction problems (both the ones you got right and the ones you got wrong). You should probably take as much or more time reviewing the CAT as you did taking the CAT. This will surely help you in recognizing some of the big things tested in SC (subject-verb agreement, parallelism, etc). When you review the questions you begin to learn what to look for and what is being tested and this will go a long way in improving your Verbal score. The key is to understand why an answer is right or wrong, not just that you got the question right or wrong.
