Hello everyone,
I took the GMAT today and scored a poor 580 (Q37, V33). My target was 640.
I knew I was short in time to score 640, but still I was expecting to break the 600s.
I really studied for about 2 months with Master GMAT.
GMAT Prep 1: 590 (Q39, V31)
GMAT Prep 2: 640 (Q44, V33)
Regarding the Quant, I struggled and I think I lacked a bit of strategy on how to start on certain types of questions.
I started to try solving many questions in the quant and ended up guessing, which frustrated me.
Regarding the Verbal, this is about what I was expecting.
I have a hard time improving my verbal and I think I am weak on sentence correction questions.
So, I am not in a hurry but I work full-time and I will be able to study mostly during week-ends. I am looking for new materials and considering Kaplan advanced course.
I am mainly looking for advice in order to break the 640 target score and what materials to focus on in order to improve my strategies and to practice on 600+ questions.
