Iam sorry to read about your experience. From what I could fathom, it might be difficult for you to increase your score significantly in few days. So I would not rush to take the exam because most likely you are not going to improve much. Ofcouse, if you think that your sickness played a major role, then I might be wrong
Your maths seems fine..second time, you probably neglected it a bit in your preparations and also you might have been unlucky to get bit harder bin of questions. Moroever, a difference between 45 and 48 is not more that 3-4 questions which you might have done incorrect due to rush or carelessness rather than due to weak in concepts.
Your verbal seems a problem. I would recommend doing lot of active reading to improve your RC skills. Spend couple of hours in front of computer everyday solving RC passages from gmat+/vstudy etc. Read abstract articles from sites such as
https://www.aldaily.com. You will see that your concenteration and focus will really improve after this. It will build your confidence and you will be in control of things.
For sc, not only do the oG questions but also try to understand them very very minutely. Do 885sc questions from this site .. SC has to be really tamed to do well in verbal.
I know friend, it might seem frustrating at the moment. But my advice is, dont give up and sustain your efforts.
Good luck
