Hi Folks,
I have been preparing for the GMAT for the past 5 months and have given it twice during that period.
First attempt : 660 ( 48 /34 split in Q /V )
Wanted to be break the 700 barrier, gave it again in exactly 33 days and completely screwed it up.
Second attempt : 600 ( 46 / 27 Split )
I feel thoroughly devastated and disgusted with the second attempt score. I have taken about 15 practice exams in all and have consistently crossed 700-720 range. Always scored 50-51 in math sections. Both these scores do not reflect my true capability. But, I am not giving it a third time. I felt slightly burned during preparation and have realized it is what it is !
My range of schools have def changed with this 660 score. I am looking to apply for 3 schools in round 2 and feel that during the next 3 months or so, I can come up with a quality essay. Assuming that I do come up with good essays, what do you experts thing about my realistic chances ?
I am potentially looking at Tepper, Duke, Cornell, UCLA....my profile is not helping me either

Would appreciate any inputs.
Thanks,
