Well first thing first, you are going to want to take the GMAT. Do this before anything else since it is one of the most important pieces of your application package. No sense really talking about schools or price until you know you are competitive.
With that said ,plenty of great schools in Europe. INSEAD now has an MSF, IE in Spain has a great one. Bocconi, SSE, St. Gallen, Imperial, LSE, LBS, all great. I mean the list just keeps going on. I am not as familiar with the European market as I am with the US, but once you get your GMAT score you can really decide which tier university you are competitive at.
Plenty of up and coming Asian MSF programs also. Something to consider.
