Honestly, you should be really proud of a 710. Congratulations!
I don't know anything about your profile or your timeline for applications, but a 710/47/40 is generally enough to give you a chance at top MBA programs. Sometimes we forget that the #1 admissions criteria is your work experience and career vision; the GMAT is an important component, but improving from a 710 to, say, a 750 won't necessarily make a huge difference. If you have a strong enough profile, you'll get in with a 710. If you have a weak profile, no GMAT score will be high enough to get you a spot at a top-five program.
If you're applying this year, then you definitely need to put the GMAT books down, and focus on writing the best applications possible. If you're looking ahead to next year and you really have a compelling reason to believe that your chances would be improved by an extra 30 or 40 points, then go ahead and retake. But a 710 is pretty badass, and it's probably high enough to make the GMAT a non-issue in your applications.
I hope this helps. Good luck with everything!
