Took my first GMAT this past year on January of 22nd and scored a 530 (Q29 V34) after practicing about seven months. Took it again today and got a 530 (Q31 V31). I hadn't been studying as much and as hard the second time around, mainly doing mocks and going over them.
I went through both the MGMAT books and OG13, although not as thoroughly as I should have. Also went through GMATPill and some questions on the forums here. I've used up a lot of mocks: MGMAT 1-6 (each one twice), GMATPrep Default Exam Pack (three times), GMATPrep Exam Pack 1 (both), GMATPill (two attempts), and a GMAT Club test.
I will most likely be missing the upcoming deadlines and may need to wait a year to apply. My target score is around at least a 640-650, but may aim higher now since I have more time.
Now, considering I've used up many resources, what is my next step? Go back to the basics? Look into other online classes? Buy new material?

WIthout knowing much about how you tend to study, my best guess is that you need more material or variation. I would focus on getting back to basics, identifying your weaknesses, and focusing almost entirely on the questions you're getting wrong in your OG book and your practice tests. If you're getting the same questions wrong in your re-takes then you aren't spending enough time on analyzing your wrong answers and learning from them.

Thanks, that sounds like solid advice.
One of my main concerns is how you use practice tests, since I've gone through so many. Another concern is what source of material to use.
