Hi folks,
I will keep my post, about my GMAT experience, sweet and simple.
Appeared for GMAT on Oct 17, 2014.
IR 6 (67th percentile)
Quant 49 (79th percentile)
Verbal 42 (96th percentile)
Total Score 740 (97th percentile)
I studied for around 35 days (with entire dedication), 3 hours a day initially (from Sep 4th to Sep 23rd) and around 5 hours a day in the last ten days (Oct 1st to Oct 15h). Need to take a week's break in between for personal reasons.
Books that I used: Princeton and OG.
Practice exams:
Before starting the preparation: GMAT Prep 1 (Sep 03, 2014) - 670
After finishing practice questions from Princeton and OG: GMAT Prep 2 (Oct 07, 2014) - 750
A final try just before the exam: GMAT Prep 1 (Oct 15, 2014) - 730
NOTE: Tried giving Princeton practice exams in the first week of October, but never scored above 650, hence ignored them.
Quite satisfied with my experience and my score. Let me know if anyone has any queries; I will be happy to help.
