My split was Q 29/V18. Obviously from these numbers, I need to work on my verbal.

Any other guidance, would be most appreciated.

Just to let you guys know a little about me. I don't work so I can focus my full attention to the test.

All I need is to be shown the way.

THX,

I'd suggest you to concentrate on Q section and get as much as you can (target Q40). Only then work on verbal.

It's no use if you have Q 29/V29

Good luck

Hi Wise Guy....

I shud say ...I WAS in the same boat......

I had a terrible GMAT score a month back....

I agree with Bono...try and improve your Quant score and then attack your verbal.....

Quant is easy to improve , comapred to Verbal....

get a 40+ in Quant and then try for Verbal....

First and foremost...get the Kaplan or PR Maths workbook...

go through all the problems...after finishing that book..if u think any basics things still to be done....make sure u clear them....

and then jump on to the Kaplan and PR books and Kaplan prac CD.....and finally give a Quant test ..to C where you are.....

ITS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO LEARN THE BASICS FOR QUANT BEFORE AND THEN PRACTISE ,PRACTISE ,PRACTISE !!!!
and your advantage is that u can devote 100% of your time on GMAT..unlike me and most of the ppl here who work full time...

GOOD LUCK...

Never Give up..
