Whether it is frequent or not seems irrelevant since you have to be acquainted with all of the above. Do not leave any stone unturned.


sorry but i dont understand your objection. there is a trend in gmat and i think it CAN be helpful for those who will take the test in oktober to get an idea of this trend. dont you agree, paul ? by the way i totally agree that no stone should be left unturned and that every category is important.

I think I was misunderstood. I did not object to posting the frequency of each category in the exam recently. In my opinion, one has to approach this test in a holistic way and make sure that all aspects are understood. Furthermore, I just thought that someone who recently wrote the exam cannot just say what the frequency of any category was because given the limited number of questions, it would be hard to say whether it appeared frequently or not. However, feel free to post on this thread :)

This is a pretty old thread. I think i will lock it since it has a tendency to violate the Non Disclosure and really can send people on the road path - what appears on the test for one person does not necessarily get presented to others.
