The diagnostic test is not a CAT, it's fixed questions. So its accuracy is limited in terms of scoring, because the questions don't get harder if you get a lot of questions right, nor do they get easier if you get questions wrong. It's most useful for identifying areas of weakness and sketching out a study plan; I wouldn't use the score as indicative of much.
