Dear pm123,

I am sorry to hear about your Verbal score.

How to improve from V34 to V41 or more?

Note that once you reach the V38 - V40 level, there is nothing new that needs to be learned. The difference between a V38 guy (or a V34 guy) and a V40+ guy is the application of learned concepts. After crossing the V40 mark, your score is largely determined by your diligence and application skill level.

A student should know how to apply the learned concepts properly to cross the V40 border. At this stage the tricks and shortcuts tend to fail and only students with a proper approach to questions succeed. This is the reason for our high rate of success of e-GMAT students.

To understand more on this, have a look at the following links

1. Kinjal scored a 760 improving his Verbal score from 51 percentile to 98 percentile. In this detailed interview, Kinjal discusses how he approached GMAT Verbal to score V44: https://bit.ly/292Pr9k.
2. Arun Goenka (760, V42): He improved from V36 to V42 using Verbal Online. Click here to read his debrief: https://bit.ly/29bgKme.
3. Anup Kapoor (770, V44): Click here to read his debrief: https://bit.ly/292PFwY.
4. Also read Nilendu’s review to see how he mastered the process to improve his score to V44: https://bit.ly/28TuZfQ.

Here is what we suggest you to do now

1) Go through the recording of the GMAT Score Booster webinar. Here is what we cover in this session:
- Score Plateau and how can improving core skills avoid that.
- GMAT and ability: the two things that you need to know.
- Timing: what is the core issue
- 30 days to 720: how to create your super personalized plan.

Here is the link to the session: https://bit.ly/294ey08. The session PDF can be found here: https://bit.ly/294gfXq.

2) Use GMAT Planner to finalize the ability scores you need to achieve.

3) Create a multi step study plan to achieve your target score. Evaluate your improvement at every step using Scholaranium. Make sure that you have reached your target ability.

4) Finally take a few mock tests to confirm that you have actually improved.

I hope the above helps.

Regards,
Rajat Sadana
