Hello,
Several weeks ago when I decided to venture forward with GMAT studies, I googled GMAT practice exam and stumbled upon babson-dot-edu's mini GMAT practice exam consisting of 25 verbal and 25 quant questions. Upon completion of this mini exam, I received an appalling score of 380. I was devastated and demoralized but I decided to stick it through.
I purchased MGMAT's Foundation of Verbal and Foundation of Maths which I completed in 3 weeks and took mba-dot-com's 1 of 2 full-length GMAT practice exams (IR and Essay included). I received a score of 560.
I have plenty of time (3-6 months) to take the official exam but I am wondering if I'm on track to reach my goal score of 650~ (ofcourse higher the better). I still have the entire 9 MGMAT's strategy guides to cover along with 2017 OG.
Any comments, feedback, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Equinocs,
To start, a 560 is a solid initial CAT score (the average score on the Official GMAT hovers around 540-550 most years). You also appear to have given yourself plenty of time to study - which is good - and your score goal is relatively 'modest.' As such, you might be able to hit that goal studying as you choose. That having been said, you don't want to wait for several months if there are 'issues' that need to be fixed. I suggest that you study as you like for the next 2-3 weeks, then take a new FULL-LENTGH CAT (with the Essay and IR sections). Once you have that score, you should post back here and we can talk about how you might want to adjust your studies (if necessary).
