I am curious to know how secure you felt in your quant abilities before studying here for a month or so on quant...

I'm struggling in quant and trying to keep up with answering questions on the math forum and also doing OG questions nightly. Was quant something you struggled with before?

Actually I started my preparation in early October! Before that I ve never seen GMAT Test))
My first results on Kaplan CAT was q 28 verbal 22 or so!
I live in Tashkent and there is no opportunity to attend specialized courses on GMAT.When I ve read some books Kaplan 2004,Kaplan gmat800,Barons
And I found that Kaplan is good for quant section while barons on Verbal.

A week or so ago my permutation and combo skills were very poor!
I ve started to do every perm or combo problem I found on this site!
And now I am much better in this kind of problems!I would suggest that you do the same!
Pay more attention for "overlapping groups" type! This kind of problems are easy to solve using vens diagram! It will be very usefull to know how to solve this types of question 8-)
On the real test just imagine that you are soling problems on this forum))It really helps to relax believe!

If you have any question don't hesitate to ask!I will reply ASAP!Good luck in your prep
