I took the test yesterday. Here how things folded. Proctors did not give the scrap paper before the exam. She asked me to go inside and after reading instruction, raise hand and then she will bring the paper. I tried to tell her that I dont think it works that way. But, she was firm. So after reading the instructions, she gave me the 8 pages hand booklet.
Essays were fairly easy and straightforward. I think I did well there. I took 5 min break, came out and ate some snacks.
I went back in and started the test. Quantitive section started with a trick question. I did not find quantitive section that difficult. Though, it was tricky. I was also able to manage time correctly. I was feeling confident about it.
Took the break, went to the restroom, washed my face,
ate some snacks, and returned to test. I started the verbal section. It started with SC question. I stumbled on RC questions. I lost my gained confidence. Afterwards, I was not feeling confident about my answers. I failed to manage time correctly. In the end, I knew verbal will get me bad. Thats what happened, I got Q:40 V 17...Horrible! Disappointed! I did decent amount of practice from OG, but I guess I need to practice more on verbal section. I think I can do better in verbal by practicing more. RC is my weakest area. Any word of advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all for giving us this great forum.
