Well, I prepared for the verbal section every single day over the past 75 days. I used to go to office by 11.00 am which used to leave me 2.5 to 3 hrs of productive study time in the morning. Its important to notice that the verbal section can make or break your score. I overestimated my english language skills the first time. I mainly focused on SC and RC, extensively used the oxford dictionary for looking up idioms so that I could perfect my SC section atleast. But the credit for the 10 point jump in verbal goes to consistent and quality studying done from the OG.

I had almost forgotten how to study properly. I focused my attention on quality. I didnt care if I did just 10 SC questions in a day as long as I knew the logic behind the answers in and out. No compromises there. I have seen people mention on this forum that they completed the OG twice or thrice. The only question one should ask is "do I really know and remember what I have studied" ?

Also the pareto rule is something I started following over the last month which really helped me prioritize my approach. here it is :

https://www.answers.com/pareto's+rule?gw ... 7&method=3

Hope this will help to some extent!
