I took the test March 14 in Houston. Got my 'unofficial' results when I finished. Got my official results by e-mail link on March 20, and my official rsults showed up at schools no later than March 23. I know this because University of Texas called me on the 24th. So in my case, nine days.

As a note, I never saw my actual essay, just the score and my GMAT results. Actual and Percentile results on the official results were the same as on the unofficial printout.
