I prepared for a few months but couldn't put any efforts until the last moment. I have disappointing score of 35 in Math for I have always done well in quant exams in my life so far except for this one.
Caution: Be prepared to face a number of co-ordinate geometry questions
To be honest, I didn't prepare at all for AWA section but scored a 6.0 (96%) which is unbelievable to me ( I am NOT a native English speaker and also I am NOT a convent educated) and I even feel guilty for I dont have good writing skills. If I can achieve this score, anyone can.
This is only my first attempt and I am NOT going to give up until I achieve a 700ish score.
Stay cool but dont stay too cool (that was the case with me)
I had an annoying experience at the test center, I had to raise my hands for almost a full five mins before I was given a new board. Pens dry out sooner than you think.
Always ask before you runout of boards or pen. It's nothing wrong in asking them for more boards and pens.

thanks for the debrief... I was wondering if you would be able to share a little bit more about the exam. I will be taking it in 3weeks and was kind of curious. Did you feel that the Quant was tougher than GmatPrep and were the coordinate Geometry questions the same level as GMATPrep. Also were the first few questions on Quant kind of tough, i have been told we always get an exponent question up first.
I need to score a 550 to get into the evening program that i have applied to. So i am guessing if i score around the mid 30s on both sections that should be doable. Just the timing is an isue i kind of panic under timed conditions... since you kept pretty cool any idea how you you managed that.
Any feedback will be much appreciated.. and good luck on...

Hey you have finished with the test 
Now that you have experienced that atmosphere and seen the real questions, you may feel better.. I am sure you will do better next time..
