Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone else has had issues getting their Official GMAT Report released, and if there are any recommendations for what else I could do to try get this resolved?

I sat my exam on Fri 04-Sep-2020 (6-weeks ago!)

After waiting 20-day for my score I followed up and was told I had to wait 20 Business Days.

After 20 Business Days I followed up again and, after being hung up on 3-times when placed on-hold, was finally told that there was an issue with my palm scam and to return to the test center to re-do it. No one had communicated this to me previously. I went back to the test Centre and re-did my Palm scan on Mon 05-Oct-2020. I was told my report would be available in 24-48 hrs.

I have folllowed up every second day since and each time I get told “it has been escalated and you will get your report in 24-48hrs”. Still, I do not have my report.

This has been incredibly frustrating. And I still don’t have any confidence that anyone is working to resolve the issue.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi reales,

Sorry to hear about what is going on. When you say you are following up are you speaking with someone on the phone?

Hi Scott,

Yes, I’ve been calling the GMAT Pacific Region Customer Assistance number:

Telephone: +852-3077-4926
Do you think that is the best approach?

Unfortunately it just takes you to a call center with a different person each time and the responses are very scripted.

I do think that is the best approach. Just see if whoever you initially speak to can pass you along to someone who is better able to assist you.
