Hi team,
Hope you are doing well.
I had my MBA Online Retake attempt scheduled at 1:45PM IST on October 19th 2020.
While I logged in for the test, I had been continuously disconnected from the server. The Error Message stated "
The internet connection has been lost, but I made sure my internet connection is stable". To be doubly sure, I have checked with 3 of the network connections that are available to me and all 3 of them showed the same error message. I have even uploaded all the images before the disconnection as a proof that I logged in ( I was about to begin the exam and the error popped up, everytime). My proctor tried to reach out to me on my phone but I couldn't check it since I kept my phone away adhering to the exam guidelines. Eventually, time ran out and I was sitting there helpless with nothing to be done.
I immediately got in touch with the customer care mobile for assistance. He mentioned that a case has been generated from Proctor's end and asked me to call the helpline number back for any update.
My concern is that this is my GMAT Online Retest and hence, my last shot at GMAT Online. I even have two deadlines that are super close (both towards the end of October). So I cannot afford to miss out this opportunity.
I also dropped a mail to Pearson requesting them to reschedule my exam but so far no reply yet!
I tried calling the Indian Helpline Number again for any update today and but my call is not getting connected to a customer executive.
The reason I am here to know if anyone else has faced the same issue or if anyone knows what's the most likely outcome for this?
Requesting for some help!
Regards!
