Today I took my first GMAT and scored 650 (Q 50, Q27!!!).
I was shocked when I saw my verbal score. That was the lowest I’ve ever received on GmatPrep, Manhattan tests etc. I don’t know the reasons why I screwed up my verbal: time pressure, repair in the corridor of the testing center
, or may be it was just a bad day for me.
I’ve completed a lot of practice stuff: Kaplan, Kaplan 800, OG10, OG11, Princeton Review, Manhattan SC, SC1000, 70-80 passages from RC1000…
MGMAT1: 650
GMATPrep1: ? (49, 41) take the sections separately
GMATPrep2: 760 (50, 44)
GMATPrep1 reinstall: 780 (51, 47)
GMATPrep2 reinstall: 760 (51, 41)
I thought that my real verbal score would be 38 minimum. But I lost it.
I want to take Gmat again but I don’t know what should I do to improve the situation. Should I complete RC1000/CR1000? Should I practice with LSAT materials?
Please help me guys. Will appreciate your response.

Something seriously wrong here. The GMATPrep seems to be more or less accurate for verbal; your case is the 1st I'm reading about with such a huge discrepancy. Can you elaborate on the questions, if you found them too tough, got nervous....?

I think you should retake. Sometimes, these things happen. In fact, the exact same thing happened to me - but on math.
For reasons I dont know, I made a ton of mistakes in math on my second exam and got a 33 - yea I know OUCH. But I'd been scoring 45-48 on ALL MY PRACTICE exams - even the ones I took BEFORE I started studying. The WORST score I'd ever had in math was a 41 i think. It was clearly a fluke .... So I decided to retake. As expected, I got a 45 in math - a little dissapointing cause I think I could have pushed 46,47,48 - but nonetheless good.
In short, something strange happened - you lost concentration, you were overconfident, you made a handful of bad mistakes in a row, something abnormal - just practice both math and verbal for a month, and retake it. You'll get that 700+ for sure.
